I found these super fun shoes on a visit to Prague last fall. I wore them intermittently for a couple of months before the winter came to Belgium. I noticed they were already starting to fall apart, so I contacted the company because they gave me a card with a guarantee for the product. It turns out the guarantee is not very customer friendly. The customer is required to ship the shoes back to the Czech republic, which costs more than half the value of the shoe itself. I sent photos and asked if this could be sufficient and/or if they could offer a refund and I would be happy to donate the shoes to people in need. No response. Super disappointing and low quality product, unfortunately.

Wonderful store, wonderful service. The single person working was exceptionally helpful and attentive, providing deft and appropriate service to people who were shopping for shoes (us, and a local couple), as well as random location advice to lost groups of French tourists that wandered by looking for somewhere to buy non-sneakers. Love our Botas. Sale price is very fair for quality of the goods, as well as the sneakers being made in Czechia. Sells sneakers based on the traditional 1966 design, with a variety of footbeds (traditional flat, athletic walker, and runner). Good stuff!

Love the shoes. Love the store. However, I purchased a pair just last Friday and didn't check the box. I got two left shoes and only noticed on Sunday when I went to wear them the first time. We were flying out that day and now I'm stuck with two left shoes. Updated: After some crazy time because of post service, I received a new pair of shoes. This is a wonderful company to work with. They even through in a free tee-shirt as a bonus. Thank you so much!

Simplistic and beautifully designed shoes. Did not buy a pair because I couldn’t find a pair with the color combination of my choice. Interesting if you want something specifically from cz but not if you aren’t into bright and strong colors or more of a classical shoe fan. Still a good address for anyone looking for a local brand.
