It’s unbelievable how rude they are here. I asked for a pair of shoes in my size and the salesperson took the shoe without saying anything and walked away angrily. When I gave her the shoes back and said thank you she again, said nothing. Na shledanou, and nothing. Horrible customer service, even for prague. I’d rather order online than pay for anything here. 0/5. Office shoes is right around the corner and 100% better.

Always a good place to check out when you're looking for shoes. I find something nice almost every time.

I went into the store and said hello to a person who worked there but she didn't say hi back. I went around looking specifically at shoes and thought that someone could come and ask if I needed help as other employees stood further away and looked. I felt badly treated and I didn't buy any shoes.

Today in the morning I visited the shop. Very wide variety and good quality and prices the usual. I did not have any problem getting the shoes I was interested in although the staff did not speak English.

Great selection of shoes too bad the staff is as useless as they are. Not to say all of them there was one I saw really trying to help and the lady behind the counter was quite nice but otherwise it's bad. When I came in nearly all the staff was either chatting with each other or on their phones ignoring the 15 or so customers. I had to go ask if I could try a shoe size and the lady brought me the box gave me one shoe and left. I haven't seen her since. I eventually got the shoes thanks to the register lady but damn. I'd give less stars but they did have a really good selection so I have to give them some credit.
