It was our second time staying here. The location was perfect, walking distance to many sites. The staff was amazing and first class all the way. We made arrangements in advance for the hotel van to pick us up at the airport upon arrival and for departure. My son was greeted with his own bathrobe, book, crayons, stuffy. He absolutely loved this hotel. Highly recommend for families. Can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Mandarin Oriental in Prague. Staff could not have been more accommodating, they really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A particular thank you to Alexandra Maffini and Eric Gervy. We will definitely be back.
