Really good staff.

I'll be honest I wanted to give you 2 stars but the massages we had on the last day were amazing. The moment we arrived the phone wasn't working in the room. Then the safe wasn't working so we had to go reception again. He came and left but it still wasn't working. We had to walk back down to reception for a second time because of the phone. Again he came he couldn't fix it so waited until tomorrow. Then the plug sockets are only by the tv not by the beds which isn't the worst, but the showerhead is blocked by roof in the bathroom and cannot sit straight so you must always hold it or place it in a weird angle (picture attached). Then the hooks in the bathroom for towels are near the toilet so if it falls they all fall in the toilet. And in between the room and bathroom there is a massive piece of wood with no purpose which you hit your foot on. Also the buffet food wasn't covered and I saw customers with no masks around it coughing. Its so simple to put a cover on something. Positives are it's in a decent location for walking, probably 8/10 because the river and stations are very close, but its not the absolute greatest like some people make out. Also the staff are mostly nice. And yeh the fresh omelette is pretty good. And the in-house massage place was 10/10 for me and my partner. But yeh a few things brought the score down. If you had done all of the above with the phone, safe, and covering the buffet you would've easily got 4. Simple things missed so a 3 unfortunately

I would like to share my horrible experience with this hotel. They removed my review before. They’ll probably remove this one too. I live in Canada and I booked my trip to Europe in January. I was supposed to travel end of May 2020. My flight was cancelled due to COVID-19 and other hotels issued a FULL refund. Hotel Elite in Prague did not give me my money back. They ignoring my emails. This is unacceptable under these unprecedented circumstances! Hotel in Italy and hotel in Poland gave me my money back without any problems. I’m extremely disappointed, frustrated and in disbelief! That’s not the way to treat your customers. I booked 4 nights in this hotel and paid in full $ 774.46! My booking was cancelled because of the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, not because I changed my mind. They have no right to keep my money! This is outrageous!!! This is beyond unfair and greedy!

We stayed at this hotel in February this year. It is located in a very convenient and quite place. Location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is always varied and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised when I got congratulated on my birthday. Thank you very much for your good job and great service!
