Everything about this place is awful, check-in, nobody there, required phone call and waiting about before we could get in. Facilities not as described, there is no private bathroom or toliet, these are shared with spa users. Room has no windows or fresh air and is extremely stuffy. Wi-Fi only works in reception area, not in room. We booked and paid for a 3 night stay, but hated it so much that we left after one night.
