Lovely and stylish hotel. Great breakfast and fantastic location! Would recommend

I visited this hotel almost 3 years ago somewhere around feb 2017 its very basic hotel nothing much to do around. Rooms were ok nothing special about it. I dnt think there was any kind of service offered. Location is great close to metro station and costa as far as i remember

I was skeptical at first, but it has been nothing but an amazing experience. The location is great- about 10-15 walk to Charles Bridge and town center. The hotel is exactly as in the pictures, very comfortable beds (even the sofa bed), great housekeeping, breakfast is actually healthy (not just sugary cereal as most places in the US), the front desk staff is very friendly- especially the bold gentleman who checked us in and the guy standing by the door who brought in our luggage. My only dissatisfaction was with the front desk lady with the glasses who refused to call for a taxi and insisted we use the very much overpriced car service offered by the hotel when trying to get around town. It is a true 5 star hotel and I would definitely go back.

A good hotel for the price. I'd give it 4* not 5* as it only does breakfast and basic room service. Rooms are spacious and tidy with a good shower, but you need to be flexible to get on and out due to limited room. Staff were excellent and gave great advice for places to visit.

We stayed for 5 nights in a standard double room on the 1st floor. The room was spacious enough for two people and equipped with a big comfy bed, TV (around 40 channels, primarily news), Nespresso coffee maker, minibar, small coffee table, and a small bathtub in the bathroom. We liked the design of the room and the bathroom. We heard other guests a few times, but it didn’t bother us that much. Room cleaning lacked a bit - missing hand soap, used wet towels on the floor were not replaced, long black hair on the floor (not from us). Overall, cleanliness was good. Wifi connection in our room was unstable and sometimes we had to use our own mobile data. That really annoyed us and it needs to be improved. Buffett breakfast was good but we would have preferred more fresh vegetable, fruit, and simple options for vegans. Some bakery products were stale and didn’t look very fresh. One day there was coconut milk, another they didn’t have it. So, quite inconsistent quality and we would expect something better at a 5-star hotel. There were Nespresso coffee makers in the breakfast room but only one type of coffee capsules. They could have offered at least 3 different kinds of coffee capsules to increase the variety. There was lots of tea to choose from though. There was no breakfast manager to talk to and nobody to welcome guests for breakfast. There’s no gym nor spa at the hotel. The hotel’s location is great. We liked the receptionist on the day of our check-in. Overall, the hotel is very good but offers 4-star quality, not 5-star.
