I started going to the doctor's office when her practice at Hanspaulka was opened relatively newly. At first I was very excited about it. She was pleasant, willing and had no problem prescribing more alternative treatments. But over time, it turned really upside down. The doctor didn't actually examine me at all, only my nurse did a CRP for me. Then I sat down with the doctor, who pretended to be protecting the patient, and no matter how CRP turned out, I didn't get any more examinations. Then she was either prescribed antibiotics or sent me elsewhere. I understand that during a pandemic they want to avoid contact with patients as much as possible, but it all ended for me when I called that I had some problems and the doctor sent me a prescription with antibiotics without seeing or examining me in any way. I decided to go to another doctor, because then I preferred to go through all the health problems, just so I don't have to go to her.

I have good experience with the doctor. She is always willing to help quickly. It responds quickly to e-mails and the phone. Sends for additional examinations, shares contacts.

I left the doctor some time ago and I definitely do not regret my decision. Reluctance is combined with arrogance.

The doctor does not have her own expert opinion, she went to the hospital to avoid having to decide for herself. Therefore, I went from the surgery to another doctor. Plus, it's annoying, but it'll probably be that expertise. One more observation. When something is wrong with you, I am afraid to get closer to you.
