I like czc a lot. This spot is partner and sometimes it takes time to pickup stuff, if there are few people in front of you. In other words it is not the fastest there. But this shop is one of the best about electronics, computer stuff and similar.

I have to honestly say that I experienced great service with them. While visiting in Prague, my a part of my laptop was broken and I needed it fixed. I went to them and let them know that I needed it fixed as soon as possible and they were honest with me and let me know that it could take a few days. Fortunately for me, they were fast with the repairs and were pleasant and patient people. If I’m back in Prague and if I again have a problem with my laptop, I will go to them. Also, everyone there spoke great English and were able to understand I said to them.

Don’t waste your time. They don’t speak English and wanted 7 days to “diagnose” a problem Apple had already diagnosed for my iPhone. Terrible levels of service.

I ordered a package on the Internet and I picked up it here. Everything was fast and easy. Maybe more visible sign would help.
