I met Reality Frolík in a situation where she represented the owner in the sale of his apartment and I was in a position of interest. I was pleasantly surprised by Mr. Frolík's approach, when he has a very professional presentation of his brand with tightening it down to the smallest detail. In practice, I was convinced that this precision is also reflected in his work for the client. The negotiations were always factual and led by an effort to find a mutually appropriate solution. I could fully rely on the procedure and deadlines we agreed on. When selling or buying real estate, it is always big money and a transaction that we usually do not do every day. Whoever plans to save and manage the whole process himself is either a gambler with his money and time, or does not know what he is getting into. The help of a real estate professional who plays a fair game will save you a lot of time, but also minimize the potential risk. I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Frolík as an expert.

Mr. Frolík and I met when we were looking for an apartment for rent. I responded by e-mail to the ad and we were in touch in a short while. Mr. Frolík is a very professional, communicative, friendly person who clearly knows very well what he is doing and is doing great. Everything went smoothly, as agreed, we always knew what was going to happen next and what the procedure would be. Given that we were interested in an apartment in a house where there is a long-term cooperation between Mr. Frolik and the owners of the house, the whole process was so fast and without problems.
