Hello, October 3, 2020, we took a trip to Auschwitz with this travel agency, I would like to express my great satisfaction in this way. Everything as planned went in excellent order. Mrs. delegate nice and very nice, bus drivers as well. The tour of the museum itself, well organized, the guide knew everything, provided good information. If I plan another trip in the future, I will definitely contact this travel agency again. Thanks again. Kotková Kamila

Definitely not recommended. I have never encountered such reluctance and arrogant behavior, let alone at a travel agency.

Well, I was on a Harry Potter tour. I have to admit that I have some experience with long-haul buses and therefore I would say that if I travel only 19 hours to London, there will be a little newer bus where at least the seat can be moved into the aisle. The detail was that it was funny to watch Harry's film during the day when it was just dark on those little screens, so just the sound of the film: D and my discovery that I'd prefer to go to studios first and then explore London. After those 19 hours in the bus and exploring London I was tired + leg pain so I didn't enjoy the studios much more we went through it a little bit faster + delegate recommended that we wait for the last souvenir shop so we didn't buy anything because there was such a queue that my legs would fall. On the way back I think there could be min and shorter pauses, I could not stand the enthusiasm to be at home and only because at one stop was min food according to delegate (although many people bought normally stuffed buns) we had to stop again in the Czech Republic perhaps for another half an hour, a few hours of the house :) The studio was wonderful I recommend who likes Harry for sure.

Holiday package CK2 in the studio Harry Potter, we really liked, Miss delegate was very pleasant, funny and helpful, gave us a lot of interesting and useful information. We have a lot of pleasant experiences from the trip and we would definitely choose this travel agency again. However, I have a small complaint about the frequency of breaks, which I would personally welcome in larger quantities, especially on the 16-hour bus journey. At the same time, I would criticize the organization of free separation, when the meeting was held again on the opposite side of London and although I personally did not negatively touch me. a conversation with other passengers, I learned that a lot of participants have been able to gauge fully enjoy because of concerns that not manage to find a place of meeting and leisure time spent searching for the right path.

I was very satisfied. Bus comfortable, drivers super nice, miss / lady delegate helpful and amazing. We went to Auschwitz. Expectations fulfilled and I definitely recommend going to this place with this TA. Thank you for the opportunity and the opportunity to assimilate the atmosphere of this place without worrying if I manage everything as I get home and so on.
