Fio banka - ATM

Fio Bank has lost my trust. Fio Bank was great in 2010-2015, but small profit margins meant that customer service began to fail . A recent "Apple-Pay" authorization led to an 800 euro theft from my debit card, which the bank then blamed on me. They do not warn their customers about the risks involved. Fraud should be treated as fraud, and not blamed on the customers. Please consider listening to your customers rather than the vendors offering new platforms for thieves. Thank You. -Tim O.

Serves its purpose

Waiting more than 55 minutes for a person to appear to be the only worker who is able to open an eBroker account seems unacceptable to me.
