the worst bank service in the world.

Bad experience. Do not appreciate clients. We wanted to open company account.. Complete their questionnaire, but still do not know which kind of documents we need to submit to finish the process. Bad communications after personal meeting. Even their branch director do not answering phone..

They do not appreciate their clients at all. Quality of services is outrageous. Don't expect anything for your money here. Hopefully it will bankrupt soon. The worst bank ever. Well, KB is probably even worse though.

I have been a (premium) client of CSOB for quite a few years, as well as my father, who has had corporate accounts with CSOB since the 1990s and has basically always been a CSOB for me. For the last 15 years or so, I have been going to the Banská Bystrica branch in Dejvice, which CSOB recently canceled - and during my "career" at CSOB, I have already visited a few pairs of branches. It was in Dejvice that I loved that even though I had my first student account there, I always had the feeling of VIP service and it seemed to me that I really respected me as a client. As for the branch at PP, I must say that this is by far the WORLD branch as far as the services provided are concerned - unfortunately I now have 5 minutes from the office, I always try to visit about once a year due to some completely trivial attempt to use some of their services - and always will end my total frustrations - absolutely inconsistent services, the most anti-client behavior I have experienced. I don't like to say that, but I also go to the Ceske Posty branch in Pankrac about 10 times better than to this CSOB branch;) Imagine that depending on the time and mood, I prefer to go to Arbesovo náměstí (when I hurry - about 25 minutes there and back) or even drive to Beroun to the branch on the square (about an hour). It's just for the good mood and the gasoline in the car is worth it. Is there really nothing you can do about it?

The staff is very friendly, but the bank follows the rule: THE CLIENTS DO NOT MATTER AND IF THEY DON'T LIKE SOMETHING, SO NO ONE HOLD IT. Indeed, the WORST BANK IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
