The grumpy lady (without glasses) in the picture actually yelled at me one morning while all she had to do was only walking one step to check which bread I ordered. She kept repeating one single word in such loud volume I was even confused at that time about what I did wrong until I eventually knew what she wanted to confirm. And after I got it I even thought she was a racist bearing particular hatred toward Asian. I was even thinking about filing a formal complaint towards her. Now it turns out that she just hates everyone and everything,especially her job. They all said Czech Republic is of the lowest unemployment rate and now I get it. Such bad mannered lady still didn’t get fired? Miracle. btw the bread is not that bad.

Impatient, unhappy clerks work here. They do not appreciate your business. Poor quality food. Go somewhere else.

Currently closed establishment! I do not recommend a visit. A common problem here is mainly horribly annoying staff who are bothered by customers! Poor quality badly thawed pastries and a horrible hot dog that is probably made of something that has never seen meat or space. One cannot help composition here. Poor observance of hygiene rules by staff. Pastries, many times, probably even a few days old. The share of fresh bread is below 5% of the total menu. Disgusting branch. Say hello to the customer? It does not exist. If you want to feel sick on the road, buy something here.

I wanted to give it a second chance after a few months. It's not worth it. Still terrible service, who can't even answer the greeting.

Before you buy more donuts. Try one to taste. With the filling it is weaker, almost nothing.
