Tchibo

I am not a coffee drinker, but Tchibo is about much more than coffee! Quite a few items here caught my attention.

Provided misleading information - misselling. Used to buy their coffee for years. I will never show up again.

I was in the Tchibo store for the first time based on a TV commercial for Navy Week. I was completely surprised by how nice and professional the saleswoman Dana was (she estimated when we needed help, she showed everything, she willingly explained), even on Friday at eight o'clock in the evening. Every company should value such employees.

Everything OK! Friendly and nice staff, always satisfy. I like to come back :)

Absolutely terrible behavior of the saleswoman, unwillingness to sell coffee beans at the first cash desk even though I have a cat with a small child. Nevermore
