If you buy a brand new Citroen as I have please do not expect to receive any level of customer service. The cars are good but the people working behind the brand as authorised representatives have absolutely no interest in providing you with a good experience. If you have any concerns do not ask for help, if you expect resolution to your concerns be prepared for the long hall and do not expect that the outcome will be even somewhat satisfactory. I had my new car fixed, the car was fixed to a substandard level - when they replaced the door panel with a new one, they left out several elements and just by chance I noticed the door felt lighter than the rest of them. Each person I spoke to did not see any issue with my car being patched up in such a manner, I believe Citroen thinks this is the norm. I was even told 'In 15 years that I've worked here no one has ever knocked on the doors' meaning it was my fault that I found the fault. I ended up visiting, no lie, 10 times and still today my car is not where it needs to be. The car is awesome and if you buy one make sure to wrap it in bubble wrap because if you have any issue be prepared that Citroen welcomes you with their backs turned. Especially the sad arrogant rude people I have dealt with, which has been almost 95% of you - you know who you are. Completely disappointed.

Absolute despaires !! Do not want to experience what the C + P importer and your dealer network are doing. I ride in C for about 20 years, but we have also P. The new car will not order the desired color, they are unable to locate the car after four service, the last warranty service crowned when the replacement of the hose to the windshield washer took about 2 months because it dealer order. Once you buy a car you are trapped, the dealer refers to the importer, the dealer to the dealer, but you are both stolen. You are accused of expressing your opinion. They do not respond to a call to meet an importer representative. If you can buy anything else, this is heavy socialism ... I'm adding a chat with an importer from 190902 who ended up after my questioning the surname of the discussing ...
