I drive here with my wife and I, because I know that when I leave Mr. Kulhavý, the cars are in 100% condition. We will agree on everything in advance and the price will never exceed the preliminary price. On the contrary, it was mostly lower. The speed of repair, price and access is perfect. I can only recommend!!!!

I also have a very similar experience to the others. Reluctance, prices higher than anywhere else. Absolutely misguided comments. If you can, go elsewhere.

Very nice and helpful on the phone, we agreed to stop after seven o'clock. Personal welcome, very disappointed, with the feeling that I am bothering you in the morning. The price for the repairs, which was charged to me, corresponded to the prices of the authorized service, however, the customer services did not (especially access, environment, price lighting). When asked about the specific conclusion and price, I was told that everything is on paper. When asked about the price of the part, I was told that if I do not like it, it will teach me the real thing that is on the Internet (car repair shops usually have individual prices regarding the part). Why wasn't the real invoice for which the goods were bought, or the packaging, shown, to see what was in the car? From my point of view, a service that takes advantage of the client's ignorance and tries to overestimate the price of the work and hours of work. I am not a regular client, so this approach can be applied without risk.
