Compared to other Škoda services, it has a perfect approach to the customer and a skilled mechanic. I go there regularly and I haven't had to complain about anything yet. Unfortunately, it happened elsewhere.

Just one visit, but absolute satisfaction. Repair for 4k instead of 30k, which the competition wanted to do.

Ordering was done very quickly on the requested date + sent exact price calculation. All staff very friendly. When the car was handed over again the scope of work was clarified and the same price of CZK 3,500 confirmed again by the reception technician. Unfortunately, I was announced the price of 5800 CZK. The reason is that they did not know what was going to be done when calculating and also a different, significantly more expensive oil was used in the car than I wanted. I do not know, I was probably the first to ask for service in the first 15,000 km service, which only changes the oil and filter. Both the demand and the order sheet clearly specified what will be realized and I am sure that the authorized Škoda Service knows very well what is the prescribed service from Škoda Auto. Despite the fact that no one from the service department told me that the price would be increased and I was notified at takeover - this is not legally permissible (the customer must agree to the price increase and the allowable tolerance without consent is + 10%) . Therefore, when I took over the car strongly disagreed with the price and insisted on the original agreed price. After 30min. Negotiation service admitted an error and I paid only the agreed price. I'm sorry-I believed I finally found a service where he wasn't trying to rob you, but the reality was different. So here for the first and last time.

I can recommend, even without ordering me accepted for acute car service, reception technician and technician very pleasant! :)
