I needed a cable to the PC. The Lord claimed that there is no such thing and my only chance is some ebay etc ... The Lord did not give the impression that the PC somehow understands extra. So I ordered the cable from Alza and had it at home the next day.

I was in a hurry for the ntb service and I couldn't afford the express surcharge. Therefore, I would like to thank the technician for a great, human approach, that he still managed to service according to my time preferences. I am also satisfied with the ntb service itself. I turned to the service with a cracked laptop. Thanks to the customer service sum service, I found out that the DELL laptop is still under an extended warranty and that I have the opportunity to contact DELL. Finally, my laptop was made by a DELL on-site service technician. However, if the staff did not sum the service I would not know about this option. Thanks to their honesty, I have a laptop and saved x thousand (they did not give me this information in other services ...) Therefore, 5 stars for honest, matter-of-fact and prompt action :)
