Hikvision makes great and reliable products and there really is someone to contact in the Czech Republic. To criticize below: If you buy a basic recording device with only a two-way voice call input, of course, audio will not be added to the video. If you buy products from a dubious dealer who just sucked FEED and is based in a flat panel house, you probably can't expect technical support. There are a number of authorized dealers in the Czech Republic - either direct importers or redistributors.

Terror! Under no circumstances should you buy anything from Hikvision. I bought five Hikvision DVRs and none of the audio input works. He makes non-functional devices and is not ashamed to sell them yet. Support does not communicate.

Support not at all !!! So if something goes wrong, no one will help you.
