Bikram Yoga Prague - Pankrac

Very friendly place, lovely teacher.

I should have found this place earlier! The staff and teacher are kind here. Recommend if you are looking for hot yoga class in English.

So far, excellent experience with Bikram Yoga. The session is intense and you really notice improvements after just a few visits. I wouldn't call it a heavy workout as I was not sore afterwards, but you feel really good after sweating for 90 minutes. Highly recommended to improve health and flexibility.

Original Yoga studio, in pink colours and heated temperature. I used to practice at Narodni Affiliate and hopefuly they open something in the city center again. Pankrac is too far for me.

Good teachers. A bit better air ventilation wouldnt hurt but overall the place is really nice.
