Easy to reach there via public transportation and car. Parking lot is behind. However they don't speak English. If you are not prepared yoursedl with documentations before reaching there, they will explain what you needed for any process. Better go there with Czech speaking person if needed. But they helped me a lot even though I have very basic Czech language

Ridiculous number of documents needed to apply for a driving licence. It's like you're trying to apply for a residence permit prolongation, except all those work and accommodation contracts have nothing to do whatsoever with the ability to operate a vehicle on public roads. Why isn't a passed exam and a paper from doctor enough? That and if you even ask people there if they speak English, often you will get lectured about having to speak Czech if you live here. As if learning a language was quick and easy.

As a expat, with temporary residency permit, you need a lot of documents to apply for the driving licence: confirmation of accommodation, confirmation of employment, ( something to confirm your stay in prague), this is not mentioned on any of the Web pages. All the pages are on CZ BTW. And last thing if you do not speak CZ language get a friend with you. I was lucky the person at the counter was very understanding, she was very willing to explain, and cooperate. Very good from her.

A long and very scary queue but in the end the service is super fast so, average time there will be around half hour or less.

Terrible place and personal. Information which they are asking not according to the page for EU citizens. Huge lines, you need to wait at least 3 hours to get your place. Worse experience ever.
