A few years ago we decided to buy a property in Bulgaria, we like to go there, but we did not know where to turn. By chance, we discovered the above company and started mutual "knocking". After a very short time, Assen visited Bulgaria and bought the first property. The actions, willingness and helpfulness pleasantly surprised us. Assen took care of everything we needed, everything ended in a successful notary and registration in the real estate cadastre in Sofia. In 2018, on the recommendation of an acquaintance, I visited Bulgaria for the first time. The country, the people, the services impressed me so much that I expressed interest in buying a property in the form of an apartment. Professional, reliable, responsible, friendly, helpful, human .... Assen Karailiev. Everyone who knows him will surely agree with me. Because it didn't just help me, but I dare say that almost everyone I meet in Marina Cape - because I'm already the owner.
