Today I experienced the incredible behavior of a saleswoman in a watch-jewelry store Michálková Bendová in DBK. The store has a break from 1 pm to 2.30 pm, I understand that, but at 12.58 the saleswoman slammed the door in front of my nose without a word and locked it. I wanted to complain about low-quality earrings from which a stone fell out after a week and at the same time buy others. Now I will only make a complaint for sure I will come in the middle of opening hours. And I will definitely never buy anything here again. Fortunately, there are already a lot of jewelry stores and entrepreneurs who do not treat customers this way. I definitely do not recommend this store.

I set the magnification of the ring with purple stones. The repair was doubled, so the repair instead of 3 weeks eventually lasted 6 weeks. The magnified ring was eventually given to me with a white stones! It was allegedly caused by the furnace. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND the services in this "repair shop"!

I needed to adjust the gold wedding rings and on the recommendation of my colleague from work I chose this "REPAIR". the task was: Reduction and enlargement, new engraving with names and leaving the original engraving 40 years old in memory of the parents. I had to claim the order three times. 1. First, the rings just shrunk and enlarged. They forgot the engraving. 2. Then they engraved the new engraving, but removed the original engraving that they were supposed to leave, although I was told it was no problem to leave it. 3. After engraving the new engraving and destroying the old, I sharpened the hallmark! Only on one ring. The other miraculously remained unmoved. But again I went to complain. After returning on the ring was still missing the purity number, only arrived there lapse. (But according to them it is enough). During the communication I was told that the whole work is actually done nicely, at a cheap price, and that I should have such a "special order" directly to the goldsmith and not to them. I paid for this messed up work, and the watchmaker lady almost scolded what I dare say. If I had such a special request, why do they have the title Repairs - Jewelry ?! Why did they accept my jewelry at all, and why, if there was a problem or uncertainty, why did they not contact me as a customer to make things clear when they had a phone on me ??? Conclusion: spoiled work, abraded hallmark, destroyed monument, Hadian and unprofessional approach to the customer. Moreover, jewelry transports somewhere to Radotín, so God knows which patláka doing it there on his knee.
