Also, the goods for Christmas will not come to me and repeatedly went to the mail that the payment was not paid. After the payment they called the goods, which can happen.After a phone call, where they promised to pay back the third day waiting for a refund (we have the same bank, the payment should come within a few minutes and still nowhere) 1000.- for me not just a little and before Christmas, so I hope at least the payments wait.

I ordered a Christmas present for a child. For days they told me that he would deliver it today, but no one came. Then they brought something else. I wrote that I didn't order it, they replied that they would check my goods in stock. I waited a few more days, no one heard from me. She wrote another email, replied that they did not have the goods picked up and returned the money. We agreed on a specific day, but nobody came for the gift, the money was not in the account. I wrote again. They replied that the shipment would be picked up tomorrow. I don't know if it's over or not, I'm waiting for tomorrow.
