I commend the quick and helpful meeting when ordering and the possibility of picking up the car at 21:00 after working hours. But for the replacement of bellows for 10 years old Skoda to charge 3 500 CZK without VAT (understand 4 235 CZK with VAT) is a small service in the garage totally slept, of which work broken down to 3-4 hours for 2 400 without VAT. On Tuesday, the phone agreed to deliver the car on Thursday, knocking from the chassis, probably exhaust. I commend fast ordering. The car arrived in the morning at about 13:00 at lunch time and phone arranged that I can leave the keys in the box, they will look at it and call me, so ok. No one is calling, so I will call myself in the evening and ask what it looks like. I am told that the car is already on the jack and in a while they call me what's the problem, cool, cool .... so I wait, but unfortunately no one has contacted. The next day at 13:00 still nothing, so I call what it looks like, I expect a defect notification, a solution proposal and a price announcement for possible reconciliation of work and I am told that it is done and that it will be 3 500 CZK. Fast ordering and helpfulness at evening pickup, but more expensive service and poor communication regarding price announcement and scope of service work. Damage.
