Absolutely disgusting service. I went today after 7pm. I was greeted by a very ill mannered receptionist! I asked that I had been recommended by a friend to get registered with moje ambulance. I told the receptionist I do not speak Czech, that I speak English. Next to the receptionist was a nurse that whispered in to her ear suddenly ….I asked the receptionist what she said and she told me that nurse told her that other nurses do not speak English and that nobody would understand me. The receptionist than told me that I needed to get a translator If I wanted to register with moje ambulance *She said this in English!!! I told her what she would think if a Czech person went to the US and they would not let him or her register because they only spoke Czech. I feel I have been discriminated against! I have Czech insurance and this behavior should not be tolerated. From the beginning the receptionist and the nurse were extremely defensive in such a way that they wanted to make me angry so that they would not have to serve me. The receptionist is extremely rude and the nurse next to her had a revolting attitude. If you are a foreigner avoid this place you will be discriminated because you do not speak Czech…There are many places were you will be treated with the respect you deserve and people that will behave in a civil way! Never again!

+ I am extremely satisfied with the doctors. So far, I've been lucky enough to come across a very nice doctor. Thank you very much for that. + modern and cozy environment + a person in the waiting room does not wait long after a previous order - they have a relatively pofider receptionist. They calmly talk about personal things with each other, even though a person stands in front of them for 5 minutes and waits for service (it happened before Covid time ago) - have higher prices. 500 for a statement from the health. documentation, I get enough, not to mention the fact that it actually just prints a file that has been unchanged for several months - Hello to my statement. the documentation wrote down a disease that I had not suffered from or had never been examined or treated for. After pointing out this error, I received an answer that when working with my records, this "text" was probably inserted by mistake. When I asked for a correct statement, the nurse told me that she would fix the mistake, but for another 500 - which I find absurd. Result? The error is in it to this day (I already had about 3 statements and still with this error.

I try unsuccessfully to call for over an hour. Instead of a system that queues callers behind each other, it kicks me every two minutes. And it's not the first bad experience. I'm leaving as soon as possible.

The worst ambulance I've ever experienced in the Czech Republic. I've been there 2 times and I don't want anything to do with me anymore. One of the "nurses" behaves as if she were the Minister of Health, arrogant, cheeky, disobedient and with 2 of them the same. The doctor sent me to my nurse to enroll me in a blood test and a flu vaccine. In a week I stopped by, they took my blood and it started ... I asked about the vaccine what we were told that I had just invented it, the vaccination starts half the water October. I don't like to make a moron here. I do not recommend, on the contrary, I rate (-10) Racism
