Willingness and speed

The first experience with tire change was excellent, for the second time I was unlucky and I came across an absolutely arrogant serviceman who, without greeting me, denied that I was ordered to change, probably not to admit that he forgot it or that he accidentally ordered two customers at the same time. However, without any excuse, he told me he would not discuss it and that I should arrive in 45 minutes or next week. Throwing your blame on the customer doesn't pay off, I will never visit this service again and I have passed it on to all my friends.
