SMS on the day of delivery also nothing, even if it is written in the note, let them send an SMS and even when I called there and the operator promised the equipment of my shipment, they literally shit and left me a package at the parcelshop without notice and I found out from the store, what the package sent me. Worse transport company than the Czech Post.
