I was really scared of the attitude of the staff. The price of the turbo communicated by telephone was CZK 9,500, in the end I paid CZK 12,800 without anyone telling me anything. This really bothers me. I do not oppose the quality of work and um at all, but to increase the price and not say a word, which is a bad way in my opinion.

With the sales representative I arranged the price, because I described a certain situation where a new turbo is necessary, so I set a very good price for me fin.moznosti. I came for her personally. Absolutely not recommended !! I had the Turbo refurbished here on the Fabia 3 1.4tdi because of the low charge pressure on the car. Refurbished cost 7500kč, when they replaced only the exhaust propeller and bearing. After the installation in the car there was no change except the turbo whistle! I thought the problem with the filling pressure will be somewhere else than in the turbo, so I changed various parts and paid for not unnecessarily more tens of thousands !!! because they do the best refurbishment! When I did not know what to replace, I went again to the Skoda, where I was told that is a bad turbo .. I did not believe and I argued with the mechanic of the problem can not be in the turbo after the overhaul. When I said where the refurbishment was made, he said it was clear and normal. So I bought an original used turbo and the world wonder the car goes !! I write a review after about 2 months, when I have a different turbo in my car than these ......... and works without a problem. FOR ADVERTISING ... after the experience of my friend who took a refurbishment here and the turbo broke up after 40km !! the next day, to make matters worse, he waited a month for a complaint that was rejected with the words that the problem is in the car not in the turbo, which is a mystery again, because when the next turbocharger was mounted, the car runs smoothly ... because I am afraid to start complaining, because my nature is not as calm as my friend and would not be so calm👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 if it was possible, I would not give a single star ..
