Mr. Derbl was willing to negotiate the contract, but after handing over the deposit and working for 3 hours, everything changed and since then I have only been trying to find out when the renovation of the parquet will come to finish. He always promised that the next day at eight, but not only did he not come, nor did he write and answer the phones. It is not possible to wait at home every day to see if he will arrive! Finally, the work is done by another company.
