Absolutely unprofessional behavior. after a phone agreement I arrived and waited about 15 minutes. before they came to let me know that the gentleman in the gatehouse office would take care of me. I spent another fifteen minutes there, because the gentleman was constantly on the phone, and even though my colleague warned him that I was waiting there, nothing had changed. Then came the gentleman, whom I ordered by phone ... and the fact that he goes for someone, but I did not see him for another half an hour or anyone else ... by truck ..
