I came with my mobile for warranty display change which I bought in CZ web store (which works also in other EU countries) and they refused to repair it claiming it has an Italian serial number even I do have Czech receipt. After some searching - They seem do not have EU repair license only minimum CZ one. 😕 So in my opinion, this service company should not be called official warranty service since the warranty conditions are the same in EU. They try to save money by not paying EU warranty program.

Prices are awful, no contact at all, worst servis i`ve ever seen, dont use it

LG Nexus 5X wouldn't boot, it was still in warranty, repaired in less than three days, motherboard issue.
