Peaceful place next to the Colonade. Very good coffee and various deserts, even not any snacks on the menu. Possible to order alcohol beverages. Staff is very nice and professional. Prices as usual for this area.

Good day. On Sunday, August 23, 2020, we visited this cafe with our friends, but we had no idea that we had made such a big mistake. We wanted to sit down at one of the tables, but didn't notice that please don't carry the Tables sign. Yes, we made a mistake, but suddenly a young waitress appeared at the table and warned us with a sour face (face) that the tables must not be carried. We apologized for noticing the sign until we moved the table. Her reaction was the words AND IT NOW !!!!!. The young lady didn't even offer us if we would order something from them. I'm not surprised that she wanted to return the table to its place. There was such a mess under the table and horror. Apparently the young lady didn't want to work hard this day, and the saying Our guest, Our lord, didn't tell her anything. I will never return here again. Have a nice day.

Hello, yesterday we visited Lednice for the first time and the famous "Spa resort Lednice". Unfortunately for us. First, we "grinded" into the restaurant, from where the waitress escorted us very quickly, as soon as she found out that we would like "only" coffee, drinks and dessert, with the proviso that she will prepare dinner "there" (afternoon). At the same time, the restaurant was open by default and no warning that it is possible to eat only complete food was mentioned anywhere. So we went nearby to the "Café on the Colonnade". There we found out that the outdoor terrace is serviced and that they also have ice cream. So we planned to have an ice cream sundae. After a long time, the waitress came to the table (with a very short blond haircut but too long lashes - I write this so that I do not evaluate the service staff in general but the specific service) and when we asked what ice cream they have, she told us very unpleasant that they have 4 types and ice cream is at the counter. And that everyone really doesn't like to explain what kind of ice cream they have (I note that in the café with the staff !!!). So instead of a short list of ice creams, we were informed for a long time about what the waitress really doesn't like !!! So such an experience.

Unpleasant staff, which is probably bullied by the owner, take all guests as thieves and vandals who steal all the cutlery or break the glass. No possibility of agreement. They probably have a surplus of customers even though on Saturday at 12 there were 2 of us outside.

Pleasant environment. Great Coffee, Wine Splash and Beer. But unfortunately the girls behind the bar were not interested, they just came to order. They took the glasses away without asking if we could have something. I had to lose my payment at the bar.
