We can recommend to visit this place. Very pleasant service. Exhibits are very interesting and all of them have very detailed information. Exhibition is full of historic pictures, how was torture tools used by executioners. On the top of that period music was playing all the time. There was only one negative thing. I did not see descriptions in English, I did not care as I speak Czech but this can be problem for foreigners.

A macabre but enjoyable experience. Extensive collection of both authentic and reproduction items; with a very informative guide book given to you upon entrance. Went in the morning in September and I was the only patron.

Very instructive to be amazed when one finds out how many kinds of pain a person is able to invent.

The place is definitely worth a visit. Really big exposure, clear labels. The basement location and stylish music complete the gloom of the place. Not all children can go through the whole thing. We recommend.
