Hostel at the Lake

I would like to share my appalling experience with the manager of this guest house. We had a few weeks in advance booked accommodation for 6 people who wanted to sleep in the hostel after about 120 kilometers of bikes. We did not even carry a sleeping bag or mat. Even in the week before our arrival, I checked by mail that our accommodation counts. She wrote me that yes, I have a mail available. But when we arrived around 19:00, there was no guesthouse, none of the guests had any instructions, the phone did not answer Mrs. Márovcová. She didn't call back. It's Friday night, you don't have a tent, you don't have a sleeping bag, you don't have a celt, you only have 120 kilometers in your legs. Shánějte Friday at seven o'clock alternative accommodation! I am surprised that the Trade Licensing Office will allow it to do so untrustworthy. One asterisk is just to write and submit a rating.

Excellent grilled fish and very nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend and I will be back with the whole family again.

Very big disappointment !!! We do not know why the owner replaced both chefs Petr and Tomáš, who kept it there at a perfect level. The chef who is there now is drunk every moment, I judge by his expression and the behavior of the drunk man, the food-pike hot and dried. Mr. Petr took care of it there and every year some work was seen behind him .. last year a new playground. ..closed this year, confectionery closed, season in full swing and again 6.8. closed..7.8.closed kitchen .. from chat what someone was having fun there allegedly the chef got drunk and did not come to work. It's a pity that someone can cough up a company that started nicely last year. Still, we received a recommendation for the Pub at the Chapel in Klikov, where we found both chefs who worked here and we can recommend it to everyone.
