Cottage and equipment beautiful, but a big problem is the lady owner. Carefully read the house rules of the cottage, because everything is a big problem for the owner. Unfortunately, we left the cottage 4 days earlier because we did not feel good in the cottage. The owner goes to the cottage without any notice or knocking. We found out that she went to the cottage for inspections without our knowledge and in our absence. The lady is very arrogant and has a problem with everyone. It was a horrible experience for our children. We definitely do not recommend for us and there are many other guesthouses in the area with nice owners.

Beautiful and well equipped accommodation in a quiet location overlooking the Novohradske Mountains. We visited the place for the third time and all our family members enjoyed the holiday.

Beautiful accommodation where you will immediately feel at home, maybe better than at home. We were here twice and we'd like to come again. Perfectly furnished, beautiful garden with a gazebo to relax or evening barbecue, traffic on the road in front of the house zero. Perfectly, the Cep II sandbox is no longer just behind the garden fence. At night there is silence and darkness and Mr. Tomas Novák from the previous review must be a giant blbe.

I do not understand the negative comments here at all! No nicer accommodation - including a perfectly equipped kitchen, outdoor seating and in addition a large garden not only for barbecues, a great space for tired children, a large bike shed or a garage for a pram in one ... Not to mention the location of the accommodation .. not to mention .. starting point for hot summer days and local sand pits - we recommend Halámky, tips: Třeboň, Červené blato, Nové Hrady, a bit of Austria .. :-D Thank you dear lady owner, the woman seemed strong on the phone after the voice, but do not give the first impression! :-D
