Exclusive HOTEL Lipno Wellness & SPA

STAY AWAY from this place. The pool & wellness is not included for the guests, despite your booking saying so. everything is dark and looks suspicious, even thought your booking say you can have a breakfast for 6 EUR extra, they just laugh "try it in the town". Talking to the "boss" , the rudest person on the planet, will tell you "I dont care" that you have booked with wellness, and "It is not my problem". He will say you are in an apartment of an external company (which does not have a name...) and again, the fact that you have his hotel's name on your pre-paid reservation (a legal contract), and it is for a HOTEL ROOM, is again, yes, you guessed it: NOT MY PROBLEM ...he said. NEVER STAY HERE, we went as quick we came.

The only thing that is really exclusive in the hotel is the surcharge list! They don't see me anymore !! On arrival we were told by a very cold receptionist that we were staying in a privately rented room, which is in the hotel complex, but the hotel does not offer any service here, i.e. it is not cleaned or tidied up! In my opinion an absolute no go! I booked in the hotel so I also want a hotel room and not a private room! The complex itself looks like a concrete bunker from the social era, partly construction site in the corridors with cables hanging down, etc. We had booked without food and bought a breakfast and a dinner (buffet). Conclusion: prices for CZ are very overpriced, dinner € 12, breakfast € 8, beer about € 3, food even we very average, quite loveless canteen character. The worst were the beds, the mattresses were so hard, you had the impression you sleep on the floor. A look under the mattress and the matter is self-explanatory: No slatted frame, just a wooden board as a base. In general, everything in the hotel is subject to a surcharge, you should be aware of that, as the supposed bargain looks completely different! The rooms were clean, the staff on the whole very friendly, that should also be mentioned! In any case, I am one more experience and will not book the hotel again.
