Cottage settlement JAF - Lipno

The only thing that was really amazing was the surroundings of the camp..and since it is the work of nature and definitely not arrogant owners, I give one star, although 0 would be better. We were there 2 years ago, we couldn't complain about anything. But this year? The cottage is dirty, dust to misery, unmoved floor (maybe half), so upon arrival really thorough cleaning of the cottage. Dishes dirty that one shielded oneself even after scratching everything oneself. The cottage does not work hot water, only on the toilet and in the shower .. Terrace rotten and crumbling railings, which is a problem when staying with a small child, broken light on the terrace. Cottage rotten, a hole in the cottage under the bed. After a previous visit 2 years ago, we did not even try the "restaurant". Camp has declined in quality unbelievably. You can see that they have it on the hook there and they just don't care about it, which is a great pity, because the place has potential.

Hard to say, we had mixed feelings about the visit. The cottage itself quite surprised us, for that price we expected something much worse :-)) A big plus was the incredible peace, terrace and size of the cottage. The kitchen had everything you needed, there was also a refrigerator or a susak on the terrace. But a much bigger minus - lack of information from the staff (or owners? We ourselves did not know with whom we had the honor of accommodation). Not a very nice couple who took the money and didn't care too much. They didn't take us to the cottage, they just said where she was, but after half an hour with the help of people from another settlement we finally found her :-)) There is a green "cabinet" for twenty crowns right next to the boiler. We were told it was worth it if we wanted to warm up. Maybe it was a bad piece, but without throwing money the cottage didn't heat at all and there was no hot water. We were only in the "restaurant" the first night, for the last time. 20 minutes of waiting at the bar to order a beer, while the staff stood in front of us and explained, but only ignored us. We are not fifties, we are used to normal, unbridled accommodation and average service, but this was enough for us. Therefore, we do not recommend the restaurant, but the cottage is really possible for the mixed money, it would just like a different approach from the owners.

Beautiful location in nature, close to the water. Nice, clean accommodation. In the place of the restaurant with an offer of several types of cash + a constant offer of minutes and goodies - it cooks well and the helpful and smiling staff. The whole staff is nice and always willing to advise and arrange the necessary. Maximum satisfaction, I highly recommend, it's a pity you can't give more stars :-). We will always be happy to return! Thank you !!!

Beer good but 4 crowns for a plastic cup is a bit too much.

The only thing I would praise is the willingness of the chef and the caretaker, the size of the cottage
