Helpful and helpful staff. We broke down the car on the highway and after arriving without towing service the technician immediately watched the problem. Within 5 minutes he knew the cause, unfortunately they had no parts and we needed to continue our journey. Before we were towed car and spare spare so they provided us with a warm back with the kids and for that big thank you !! In addition, after the car was delivered, they lent us a child car seat so that we could drive - we have an integrated car in the car. I do not regret visiting this service and I would have contacted again. I highly recommend to all

I was taken to this service by Allianz assistance after I broke two tires and a disc on the highway (there was a log pallet on the highway). Everything went well until I saw the bill. Service solved orpavau by installing two used tires instead of two punctured tires (very used cheap Chinese tires Riken). For each of these tires Mr. Koluch charged 1.500CZK (for peel, which is not worth even 300CZK). In addition, changing and welding the disc, a total of almost 5,000. All because I didn't have much choice and at that time I was glad I hadn't killed myself on the highway. I could protest, but I probably couldn't leave, because nobody has my tire size in stock, especially in winter (225x45-R18). I have to appreciate the speed with which the repair took place, in total it took about two hours including cooking the rim, but the price for the tires he pulled from the waste container, that's disgusting ...
