We will not see much comfort for the customer here! The older lady is clearly annoyed behind the cash register, she won't even greet you, just when you choose something yourself without help, she marks what she has to do and doesn't care and you go for your own ... books are cheap, as the name suggests, but just as cheap there is also behavior towards customers!
