Not recommended! Cons: They are slow and overpriced The estimate was 2h work plus compulsory 1h shipping to / from headquarters. So 3h x 700CZK. In addition, an advertising discount of 15% was ordered. During that time another company moved me up to my apartment a few years ago. Gradas had it down from the apartment, ie easier. Gradas workers worshiped me CZK 4300 without proof (!), For work 8: 15-12h (including their breaks to buy breakfast and coffee). If I add 1h extra for shipping from the company, I am at 5h = 3500 Kc. 15% discount for ordering 10 days in advance and I am 3000 CZK with a document. Pros: they delivered banana boxes a week before moving

We used the services of this company to move within Brno and the only positive thing about cooperation was the fact that no things were broken. Otherwise, we encountered a number of complications and inconveniences. We had a delivery order, 2 movers and we received a price offer of 4200 CZK (allegedly it would take 6 hours) + 300 CZK to pick up a few things to the collection yard. But when the gentlemen arrived, after an hour they began to complain that we had a lot of things and that they had no chance of doing it. And at the original address they loaded things for 3 hours (and this was a lift). Two friends came to help us at the new residence and it took 0.5 hours to carry the hand to the 2nd floor! Subsequently, they told us that although they had priced 6 hours, but 1h of it was right. And because the collection yard will be closed, we have to count the next 1h transport the next day (700 CZK). Subsequently, they asked us if we really wanted to take those things to the collection yard, that we were supposed to count 1700 CZK on top (because they didn't catch up). We didn't want to solve it anymore, so we agreed. When they picked up things, they told us that there was more than they expected, so we have to pay an extra hour. So instead of advising 4200 CZK, we finally paid 7300 CZK. And the whole move was in the spirit of complaining, smoke pauses (when we were in the apartment) and later we learned from a roommate waiting in the car that hired gentlemen sat comfortably inside the car and rested while we thought they were folding things. After a while, they told us that they had not taken a break until now and would have one smoke. But at the time, we didn't know that they had done a few pauses when we weren't there. The work was very slow, with improper behavior and in the course of several times they increased our price. So I really appreciate the cooperation and I can't recommend it further.

Guys are cool. We made a quick decision. They also suggested a better price than the competition. The move was as it should have been. I recommend. The owner runs, so he tries.
