I decided to buy a property. Unfortunately, I liked the property from this company. At first the broker wanted to pay me several tens of thousands of crowns. So I went to make an advance payment, but instead of a proof of advance payment, a blocking and mediation agreement landed in front of me. Then I waited for the purchase contract. The mystery is that this company does not feature in the sales contract. Only me and the seller are listed there. About Dobrébydlení tranding is not a single paragraph in the contract. I had to send the money to the seller's account (of which I had never even seen), without a single guarantee ... without being sure that the transfer of the property to the CN would be in order. At this point, I began to literally pray that everything went well. Subsequently, I was promised from the broker that the property will be handed over to me with the handover protocol. When it came to the handover, I was told that there would be no handover protocol. Absolutely incorruptive behavior I would never expect from a real estate agency. Nothing through this company!

Despite Good Housing, I sold three properties and everything turned out as it should. A handy company.
