Zámecký park

Beautiful, well-kept. Great place for a quiet walk.

The chateau park was created during the Classicist reconstruction of the chateau with the cooperation of architect Nobile and the Viennese court gardener Riedl. Its area is one of the largest parks in Bohemia. The park is equipped with interesting buildings. On the north side of it is the Emperor Monument. On the hill in the forest park stands the wooden forest chapel of Sts. The cross from 1835 in pseudo-Gothic style, which became a popular place of pilgrimage. Under the castle there is a cast-iron sculpture of the goddess Diana, which is a copy of the original statue from the park in Versailles, France. Near the statue is the Lion Spring. Other interesting historical buildings include the Tea Room, the Chateau Mill and the Chateau Brewery. Near the brewery stands a linden tree. One of the most beautiful places in this park is a small island with a wooden cabin and a white wooden bridge.

Beautiful place and restored castle, beautiful castle park, just the golf it spoils. For golfers, it certainly has a delightful environment, but it disrupts history.

The beautiful grounds of the castle garden will delight everyone. Pleasant place to relax.
