She always tried to satisfy all the nurses and staff, who always tried to be nice to their children and their parents. Nowadays, it is abnormal when one does not find a fault in the whole child's residence and the children are happy from the initial fear until the arrival. Thanks to the mistress, everywhere clean and orderly. Everything was very pleasant and kind and I thank everyone for perfect behavior towards children and patience with my parents. Her daughter liked the department of LD Vysluni from the staff of Petruska, Hanička and Bára with "red hair" that she greets. Thank you for the willingness and pleasant stay of a daughter at the spa. Just one small thing, try to think about who is serving in a cafe that is very nice. A man, always pleasant, kind, willing. The lady with black hair and the constantly "nosed nose on the mobile" - maybe a friend of the owner or wife - repeatedly reluctant to many people, cold, non-emphatic to children, it is a great shame, but there is nothing else in the neighborhood, my coffee shop is always full , but still ... the detail of the overall pleasant and nice stay that can be improved.

You can not have a pleasure with recreation, there is still a stay in a health care facility and the corresponding restrictions. Still very pleasant. The delicatessen, to small exceptions well and exhausted, more than enough, especially appreciate the representation of fresh fruit and vegetables. The whole spa stay was terrible. Little food could ever be eaten, and when it was, it was not enough. It even happened that we didn't get breakfast. There is no restaurant in Kynžvart, if I omit the spa café where the sellers of pizza (semi-finished products) which they do not have forever, because it is sold out. If you do not have a car, you will be bored here with your child and you will be dependent on three playgrounds which will bore children after a few days. There is practically nowhere to go with the child. Without a car, it's just awful. The doctor and the station nurse are people who think that they have liberated the whole spa and that it all belongs to them. It is absolutely impossible to agree on something and everything goes according to their dorms. It is impossible to go on a trip after the procedures for the whole day, because you have to report at every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) when they make a cross that you are present. Auxiliary work in the spa is performed by prisoners under the occasional supervision of the prison service. They mow the grass, clean, repair, etc .. That could still be understood. What I don't understand is that one of the unattended prisoners goes to the room to fix the reported defect !! Procedures in my opinion horror. Four procedures completed in 25 minutes with dressing and you're done. The information that comes to you is minimal. You have to ask everything and then they will make a fool of you and laugh you in the eye. Terror... The nail of the whole stay was that during the last medical examination the son did not recognize any recognizable pneumonia, so the first day after returning home we visited a doctor who was not surprised by the spa care.
