The worst shop and product i ever bought from. Bought a Xiaomi electric Kettle with 2 years guarantee. After 1.5 years the kettle closing lid / top broke. The reason it broke is because the material used for the kettle lid CANNOT withstand high temperatures. It literally disintegrated with the heat. We returned it: 1- The courier didn't pick it up on the designated day. Day after same problem. 3 days after agreed pickup date, the driver decided to come pick up the kettle. 2 - No email from company saying they received it. 3 - We sent an email and received a template from onlineshop.cz, saying: "yes we received it, we have up to 30 days to evaluate the problem". 4 - After 30 days of having our returned kettle, onlineshop.cz sent us an email saying they didn't accept our claim because it was "due to mechanical issue". Mechanical issue ??????? The piece literally fell off because the heat / temperature vapor melted it !!!
