Very poor communication with the seller Jirman and unwillingness to complain. Defective goods (deeply ripped plastics in a visible place travel bag for 5.500, -) photographed and on the insured insured returned to Jirman. Jirman wrote back that they had not found the defect and returned the money. On my phone call, when asked about the cost of shipping the defective goods, Jirman turned to return money under the terms of business and did not ship the shipping and insurance costs I had to return the defective goods. When asked why he did so, so he said that he was consulted at the office and that he did not have to by law :-))) Jirman got stuck in the point about 20 years ago according to my rich experience in behavior and practices during the complaint. To answer ... For such a review you have nothing to thank :-))) Jirman told me on the phone that I should send the package back and insure it. I sent a scan of the Postcard from the post (I received the parcel from Jirman by post) with the insurance for reimbursement, because I was acknowledged by the claim, inter alia, by refunding my money for the goods. He did not want to reimburse the costs of sending and insurance back because he consulted at the office and that he did not have to consult after the consultation :-))) You literally told me this, Jirman. That you did not find the defect is also funny, when it clearly illustrates the photo and according to her clearly see where the damage is on the bag and I described the defect in the mail. There was no insult on my part and the only threat sent by e-mail was that after consultation with a lawyer I would try to deal with the CTIA, because I was legally entitled to reimbursement, and I thought it might make you think. It helped and I was reimbursed. Not only can you not stand up to it as a modern and serious seller, but you still do not tell the truth. You know, when everything is OK, it buys and sells and everyone is quiet, that's cool. But when it comes to complaints, it shows who you are honored with. I have bought piles and piles of goods on the net for many years, and as I mentioned earlier, you will encounter this very rarely today, rather not. Not only here, you will find out from this review that this behavior of Jirman is not unique when complaining about goods.
