Before Christmas, I bought a mobile phone here. I am very satisfied. there were two young men who, despite a large number of people, were able to help me quickly choose the phone I had envisioned with a lot of information. I do not understand the two gentlemen who cursed at the staff when one of them expelled them for a while due to government measures and a limited number of customers. He still apologized for not being responsible and was very polite.

I recently bought a Redmi 9 mobile phone, not even in this store (unfortunately). I am satisfied with the phone, but I solved an unpleasant problem with SMS messages. I've been solving this problem for a really long time. So I went to the Xiaomi store in Aupark, where my problem was gladly solved by the salesman Lukáš Ž. He was very kind and helpful. When I buy any Xiaomi product, I will definitely be happy to stop and get advice from such professional staff. Thank you very much again!

Reluctant staff. In an empty store he was not willing to help with a simple question, with the proviso that "I have another job" ....

If it was possible to give a negative number of stars, I would do it. Definitely not recommended. I was sold an unpacked, used product, without demonstration, without instructions, in addition, partially non-functional. (Smart Watch) When solving the problem of arrogant behavior of the seller (Mr. L.Ž.) who will direct you to the CTIA, if you do not like something. I recommend everyone interested in the goods of this brand, to visit the store, to try to have the goods shown, if you are lucky and you would rather order online elsewhere. You will have cheaper and possibly functional goods. Forget the possibility of an easy complaint as well. This is all just a branded store. It is a pity that such sellers spoil the name of an otherwise good brand.

I visited this store from the region this year on the recommendation of my family, because I needed a new phone. I must say for myself that there is a very professional approach of the staff. We chose the phone exactly according to my requirements and accessories. After a few weeks, I brought the phone for a complaint because it didn't work the way it should. Within a few minutes, Lukáš Ž. and his colleague explained and showed what it was, so I was not without a phone for 30 days, but everything was resolved immediately on the spot. Thank you very much, gentlemen! I look forward to next time and recommend it to everyone :-)
