Great attendants!
☹️ Apple's complaint did not go as planned.
We bought two MacBooks for a total of 110k. When asked if we could replace them with higher configurations. Especially one of them, where it is about increasing the cost of configuration by 20-40tis. (Just two days after purchase). They were not willing to help and did not even want to try to sell the machine in a shop calmly at a discount to other candidates - on our account (And yet they kept telling me - we do not have anything in stock, Christmas, "we have a lot" . - or contradictions). I see it as an unwillingness to accommodate, to do something extra ("Colleagues would have to think about it and offer it."), Even if it meant a better deal for them with a bit of authority. I was dryly told "You should have changed your mind before buying", which I consider to be an unprofessional reminder. I do not understand. Two stars for ordering and delivering. Until I wanted anything else, they communicated reliably and on time. they would contact, disobey, and I had to "invoke."
