We were at a photo shoot of welcoming citizens and I must say that I have never really seen such unpleasant photos taken, unedited. One would expect a professional to ensure proper lighting so that the photo is not underexposed, at least in focus, etc. No - it is even evident that the photos are not digitally altered! ... to save what the photographer took. We got "burned photo on CD". Ok sending by email or uploading somewhere online would be better, but be it. After opening the CD I found 5 pieces of photos, the same as we got the developed, nothing more. In addition, in JPG format, so there is not much to do with the photos. The icing on the cake is one "digitally modified" photo with a "3D" frame and text with shadows. I have been looking at this photo for a long time with my mouth open. I do not understand the courage how something visually terrible this company can afford to hand over to the customer. In 1998 they might consider it a super arrangement ... Overall, very unprofessional work done. Not recommended.

Terrible quality photos of newborns, and the CD will get only 5 pieces of photographs that have just caused even misleading lady photographer clearly he said that the rest of the photos will be on CD (additional approx. 5 pcs of photos with family) I do not understand why we were all there therefore went take pictures if we don't even get those pictures. If you come to welcome citizens, avoid the local photographer arch. 300CZK is not really worth it.

I have good experience with the photo lab, but with the service offered by the photo shoot at Welcome Citizens, therefore, NO. I understand that we are a non-photogenic family, but I did not really expect shadows on the face of the main actor (child). In addition, we should have received a CD with photos from the ceremony. There are only 5 mentioned printed photos on the CD. So the son of the event has absolutely no memory. Thanks

We repeatedly had mugs printed. Mr. owner always advised us very well and adjusted our graphic materials, so that it was better. For me I can recommend.
