Absolutely exceptional ... a revelation. It is a family business where I all work with love. The lady bakes at home and offers still hot cakes and buns straight from the baking sheet. We tried classic sourdough buns with poppy seeds and Moravian two-day cakes and they were just famous ;-) Definitely stop!

Almost half a year I am going to write how much we liked in the Colakárna near Salvator. We like to discover unexpected places with a friend, including "blurry" cafes and restaurants, where a homely atmosphere goes straight from the owner's heart. There are several co-owners at Koláčkárna and you can see that they enjoy it. The lady who served us that day was very kind, accommodating and resourceful with regard to our wishes (we are vegetarians) and none of them was an obstacle to her. So I imagine a business where they like their customers, whether it is a casual traveler (in our case), who wanders once in a lifetime, or regular customers, who also like their business. This is a beautiful example for me of a community that does not let its business fall and lends energy to each other. That is why we felt very comfortable in this café and we hope to return to Jablonné v Podještědí again and thus to Koláčkárna. In addition, we took a large box of cakes with us and remembered that way on the way. :-)
